SANTA PAULA, Calif. – Williams Homes and Presidio Residential Capital will hold a grand opening at Rosewood, a new 17-acre community with 36 one- and two-story single-family detached homes in Santa Paula, a city in Ventura County, on December 14 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The community is located at 1226 Ojai Road, Santa Paula, Calif., 93060.
