Joe Leal, Co-Founder of San Joaquin Valley Homes
Joseph Leal has a diversified background that includes agribusiness, manufacturing, and construction. Prior to launching San Joaquin Valley Homes, he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of both commercial and developments in the Central Valley Divisions of the McMillin Companies, which included the construction of approximately 800 homes annually located in 23 subdivisions from Clovis to Bakersfield. His responsibilities involved supervising all phases of residential development including project analysis, land acquisitions, financial reporting, purchasing, construction, marketing and customer service.
