BROOMFIELD, COLO. – Asher Investments has acquired the 297-unit ALTA Harvest Station apartment community in Broomfield for an undisclosed sum. The community is located at the southeast corner of Wadsworth Boulevard and 118th Avenue.
Other Denver suburbs are benefiting from the expansion of the regional transit system as well. Recently Wood Partners sold the 297-unit ALTAHarvest Station apartments in Broomfield, which it developed and opened for leasing last winter. Wood development associate David Jaudes, snapped at a Bisnow event, tells us that the property is adjacent to the US 36 Bus Rapid Transit, “an important component of FasTrack often overlooked.”
Less than a year after the doors swung open to residents at ALTA Harvest Station, an apartment community in Broomfield, Colo., Asher Investments has sapped up the 297-unit property from its developer, Wood Partners L.L.C.
