32 Single-Family Houses at Hanford, Calif., Community Snapped Up by Valley Homebuyers 

HANFORD, Calif. – Less than a year after the sales opening, San Joaquin Valley Homes (SJV Homes) announced that all 32 single-family homes at Mountain View, an infill community at the northwest corner of 11^th and Houston in Hanford, Calif., have been sold.

“We expected the neighborhood to sell fast, and it did,” said Danny Garcia, vice president of sales at SJV Homes. “This community offers an opportunity to enjoy living in a beautiful rural area with affordability and the proximity to the amenities and conveniences the town offers.”

The 1,443- to 2,100-square-foot homes on 6,100- to 15,090-square-foot lots were built in Mediterranean, Tuscan and Craftsman styles. Mountain View is near the Lemoore Naval Base, which employs more than 7,000 military personnel, and close to Highway 198, offering quick access to major employers including Adventist Medical Center, Central Valley Meat Co., Del Monte Food, The Hanford Sentinel, Walmart Warehouse and Costco Wholesale.
