Presidio Residential Capital and Williams Homes to Hold Grand Opening at Rosewood, Offering 36 Single-Family Homes in Ventura County, Calif., on December 14

Prices at Santa Paula’s First New Home Community Since 2012 Start at $554,900 

SANTA PAULA, Calif. Williams Homes and Presidio Residential Capital will hold a grand opening at Rosewood, a new 17-acre community with 36 one- and two-story single-family detached homes in Santa Paula, a city in Ventura County, on December 14 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The community is located at 1226 Ojai Road, Santa Paula, Calif., 93060.

“Homebuyers have not had an opportunity to purchase new homes in Santa Paula since Williams Homes built Ridgeview here in 2012,” said Lance Williams, president and chief executive officer of Williams Homes. “We can’t wait to show off these beautiful, well-appointed homes and this wonderful, family-friendly community, which is ideal for Ventura County commuters.”

Rosewood is less than two miles north of State Route 126 along Ojai Santa Paula Road, about 14 miles east of Highway 101 in Ventura and 28 miles west of Interstate 5 in Santa Clarita. The community is about a mile north of Santa Paula’s historic downtown featuring small specialty shops, restaurants and the California Oil Museum. Residents will also have access to miles of hiking trails nearby.

The homes in the new community, offered in Farmhouse, Spanish and Hardison elevations, average 2,000 square feet and are built on lots ranging from 5,200 to 10,800 square feet. The community will include a park, open space and trails. Prices start at $554,900.
